Yikes... I'm stuck with the influenza... :(

But! There's good news too! The ski break was amazing! I have never had so much fun and so much fresh powder and off-piste snowboarding!

I also watched Slum Dog Millionaire and it was excellent. I love how colourful and beautiful the film is, but at the same time so realistic. The music was amazing and I really liked the main actors. The ending was the most romantic ending I had seen in a long time. I definitely recommend that film!

Some clubs I'm in (I'll edit the list at some point, too lazy now):

Haven't had time to update my journal in ages. Christmas break went by so fast. I had planned to do piles of work, but ended up sleeping, eating, snowboarding and doing a Grey's Anatomy marathon. I went jogging a few times with a friend in an effort to get some of the Christmas dinners out of my system, of course I ended up mostly just walking and talking with my friend. Hey! You try running and talking at the same time!

I saw the Twilight film on its premier in Helsinki. I saw it earlier of course, but I wanted to see it in good quality. I loved and still love it! I don't care if the acting wasn't great or if some parts were cheesy. I loved Rob and Kristen and that's that!

My cousin is coming today from St. Petersburg. Hopefully it will be fun.

Sorry I haven't had time to respond to most journals and favs...seriously, no time whatsoever. So how is everybody?

I'm really thankful to :iconcataclysm-x: for featuring my drawing of Kate Beckinsale [link] in her news article The Beauty of Art [link]

Now back to real life: I HATE IBO!!! Their new CAS regulations are ridiculously tight!!! Instead of just getting the 150 h, now you have to do each three activity at least an hour a week THROUGHOUT your whole two years of IB :furious:

School and... well... school...

School has been taking up so much of my time lately. Right now I should really be sitting and reading Sparknotes.com for the character analysis I have to write in a few hours in English class.

I just bought (I'm actually buying stuff now from iTunes) the new Coldplay album and I love it so much! I love Viva la vida and Lost! can't stop listening to them.

I should also really be working on my history presentation, but I'm so unbearably lazy. I hate the fact that my school doesn't have wireless internet. The only part of school that has it is usually empty and a great hiding place for me, but today there's the Matriculation examinations in the gym, so that hallway is off-limits. So now I just have to resolve to stealing school internet in the computer lab. Hate it! Can't even focus on trivial stuff with so many people here, but well...
