As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. I think you should try to soften the shading on her face, it looks a bit harsh right now. Also notice how her nose is fairly straight in the reference, while in your drawing it makes an outward curve at the tip making it look too big (personally I think noses are very important and characteristic parts of the face so I always try to take extra care when drawing them
